Description

This easy and delicious Pico de Gallo recipe is fresh, quick to make, and so delicious! It’s perfect as an appetizer or snack with tortilla chips or to use as a topping with tacos, enchiladas, and bowls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño, diced and seeded
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to a mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add the lime juice and salt.
  3. Stir everything until well combined and then taste. Add additional lime juice or salt to suite your tastes. Serve and enjoy!
