Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • ½ chopped cup chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped dill

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
