Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- ½ chopped cup chopped pecans
- ½ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chopped dill
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
