Description

Healthy Homemade chicken salad is the perfect healthy lunch or snack. Packed with flavor from fresh herbs, dried fruit, crisp veggies, and crunchy nuts, this chicken salad is sure to be a new meal prep staple.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • ½ chopped cup chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
