Description

This homemade Green Goddess Ranch Dressing recipe is rich, creamy, and full of fresh herbs! This is my version of the popular Sweetgreen dressing and it’s just as delicious if not better! This recipe comes together in minutes, and it’s the perfect dip or dressing for fresh veggies!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced, grated, or crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. Add the greek yogurt and olive oil to a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Next, add the garlic, salt, herbs, vinegar, lemon juice, and hot sauce and whisk until well combined.
  3. Add a bit of water to thin until the ranch is easy to drizzle.
