Description

This High Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark is the perfect make-ahead afternoon snack. It’s packed with protein thanks to protein powder and Greek yogurt and the mixed berries and granola add extra flavor and crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain whole milk greek yogurt
  • 24 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the greek yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet pan and spread it into an even layer. Scatter the strawberries, blueberries, and granola evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Place the sheet pan in the freezer and freeze until very firm, at least 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the bark is firm, use a knife to cut, or break, the bark into pieces.
