- 1 pound Persian cucumbers, cut into half moons
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons chili garlic crisp
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1 clove minced or grated garlic
- 1/4 sliced green onion
Instructions
- Add all of the cucumber salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until well combined. Taste the cucumber salad and add additional salt if needed.
- Store the salad in the fridge until ready to use.
