This Cucumber Radish Salad is crisp, creamy, herby, and tangy. Quick to toss together, it’s an easy appetizer or side dish for weeknight meals, picnics, and backyard barbecues!

- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (plus more to taste)
- 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
Instructions
- To a small mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
- Next, add the thinly sliced cucumber, sliced radish, dill, and green onion to a mixing bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss the veggies in the dressing gently until well combined.
- Taste the salad and add additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
