1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (plus more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt to taste
Method
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Toss the chicken wings with oil or ghee, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the wings on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until crispy, flipping half way through.
While the wings are cooking make the lemon pepper seasoning. Add the lemon juice, ground black pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and salt to a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add the lemon pepper seasoning to the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated. Taste test a wing and add any additional salt or lemon juice to taste. Serve and enjoy!
