Description

This simple Air Fryer Salmon is ready in minutes and has the perfect sweet and spicy glaze. It turns out tender, flakey, and so flavorful every time. Serve it with rice and veggies for a complete meal that everyone will enjoy! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 – 6oz Atlantic salmon filets, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt, plus more to taste
  • pinch of black pepper, plus more to taste
  • Black sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Scallion, for serving
  • White rice, for serving
  • Green beans, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. While the air fryer is heating, whisk together sriracha, maple syrup, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Use a pastry brush to brush glaze over the salmon filets.
  4. Once rhetorically air fryer has preheated, add the salmon to the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve the salmon over white rice with veggies. Garnish with scallion and black sesame seeds.
