Description

This Miso Glaze Recipe is tangy, sweet, and so easy to make. Use it as a marinade or glaze for fish, chicken or tofu! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • juice of one small lime

Instructions

  1. To a small mixing bowl, add the miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and sriracha.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Use as a marinade or glaze for fish, chicken, or tofu.
