- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- juice of one small lime
Instructions
- To a small mixing bowl, add the miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and sriracha.
- Whisk together until well combined.
- Use as a marinade or glaze for fish, chicken, or tofu.
