Description

This homemade Garlic Aioli recipe is rich, creamy, and infused with bold garlicky citrus flavors and it’s lighter than traditional aioli. This recipe uses a combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise for a fuss-free condiment that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, finely grated, minced, or pressed
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, dijon, greek yogurt, and mayonnaise to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined. 
  2. Next stir in the garlic, salt and pepper. 
  3. Taste the aioli and add another tablespoon of lemon juice, plus more salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
