- 15-16 oz whole milk ricotta
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, plus more for topping
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, for topping
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh thyme, for topping
- flaky sea salt, for topping
- grilled crostini and veggies for serving
Instructions
- Add all of the ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with honey, fresh thyme, and flaky salt.
- Serve with grilled crostini and veggies.
