Description

This Creamy Whipped Ricotta with honey and herbs is the perfect dip recipe for everything from holiday parties to weekday snacks. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 15-16 oz whole milk ricotta
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey, for topping
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh thyme, for topping
  • flaky sea salt, for topping
  • grilled crostini and veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with honey, fresh thyme, and flaky salt.
  4. Serve with grilled crostini and veggies.
