Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and diced/shredded chicken breast

  • ½ cup Whole30 compliant mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup celery, chopped

  • 1 tbsp red onion, diced

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (plus more to taste)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Chipotle powder

  • ⅓ cup Whole30 compliant roasted red peppers, diced

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • juice of one lime

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
