Unlike the pumpkin spice cold brew coffee you’ll find at your local coffee shop, this version is made with real pure pumpkin puree. Because this is a drink, a little pumpkin goes a long way. All you need is a one tablespoon to get the job done.
This cold brew coffee is also made with pure maple syrup as the sweetener. The flavor of the maple syrup works really well in this coffee and also blends well because it’s already in a liquid form. If you don’t want to use maple syrup, you could also use honey. Just make sure that the honey is blended well before serving.
The best way to make this pumpkin spice cold brew drink is in your blender. All you need to do is add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until everything is smooth and frothy. If you don’t want to use a blender for whatever reason, you could use a whisk to incorporate everything together well.
If you want to prep this drink in advance, just combine everything except the coffee and store in an air-tight container. When you’re ready to make the coffee, combine the cold brew and the pumpkin spice mixture in a jar and give it a shake until everything is well mixed. 1 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
4 oz milk of your choice ⠀
